This is Your place to leave a message, questions, or a detailed description of your pet sweater.  We try to respond within 24 hours to all price inquiries, order confirmations, and questions/comments! 

*Please Note:  In addition to filling out an order form, please include payment through Paypal in the  'Prices & Sizes' tab above.  

Please include the following information when ordering a pet sweater.  The more details, the Better! :

1. Style - Hoodie, Pocket, V-Neck, Stripes, or Turtleneck

2. Size - Please refer to the 'Prices and Sizes' tab above.  Include approximate weight. 

3. Length of pet (in inches) from the back of the neck to the base of the tail.

4.  Pet breed.  This information will help us determine the right fit for your pet! 

5. Color(s)  Get specific!  For example, RED- a bright right? dark red? cherry red?  fire-truck red? 

6. Tail Loop?  No extra charge!

7. Embroidery?  Where would you like it placed on the sweater?  How large? 

8.  Special Requests?  Such as extra thick yarn? Extra wide collar? Pin the hoodie back?  Whatever your pet's heart desires!  Please Note:  Some custom requests, such as specialty yarn, may cost extra.
